Welcome to Hylton Quarter Horses. Guided by the vision of owner Cecilia M. Hylton and her son, George H. Markley, we commit ourselves to taking the best horses of today and making them even better. Cecilia has always had a passion for horses. In 1989, she decided to purchase a Quarter Horse mare to show. Her interest developed into a desire to enter the breeding industry.
